Adrienne Celt is the author of three novels, including End of the World House, Invitation to a Bonfire, and The Daughters, which won the 2015 PEN Southwest Book Award for Fiction, as well as a collection of comics entitled Apocalypse How? An Existential Bestiary. Her work has appeared in the PEN/O. Henry Prize Stories, The New Yorker online, The New York Times Magazine, Esquire, McSweeney’s Quarterly Concern, Zyzzyva, TriQuarterly, The Greensboro Review, Strange Horizons, and many other places. She lives with her family in Berkeley, and has been publishing a webcomic at loveamongthelampreys.com for over a decade.
